MEC’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin EMS outsourcing facility has promoted Terry Martin to Operations Manager.

Having been with MEC for over 18 years, Terry has led the company through many of its initial stages while it began the lean journey towards optimizing plant efficiency. So far during his time with the company, he has served in a variety of management roles including facilities and manufacturing. Most recently managing the Engineering and Quality groups, he received his Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

“Terry has done an excellent job managing the NPI, Engineering and Quality teams over the last 18 months. During this time, his leadership has helped guide these groups towards better responsiveness, quality, performance, and has improved overall electronics assembly production levels for the plant. I expect his leadership in this new role to drive continued improvement in performance for our customers, he was the clear choice for this position.” said Rick McClain, Chief Operating Officer.

“We have a great team of people here in our Milwaukee PCB assembly plant and I’m not only honored to be able to lead the team, but am also excited about this new opportunity. I know that we will continue to improve our plant operations to better provide high-level electronics manufacturing services, and quality products for our customers,” said Terry Martin.
